
Terms of Service
Upon meeting us at our meet and greet, owners will be required to sign the appropriate contracts based on the services they require. In these contracts will be our Terms of service. These terms will be outlined in the drop down menus below for future reference and convenience.

Compensation and Pricing
Clients residing within Wyton on the Hill (Hereinafter referred to as “WOTH”) get a special discount on our dog walking and pet sitting services. As we won’t need to drive to their address, this helps us keep our costs down and pass the savings on to the Owner.
Prices within WOTH are as follows:
30 minute pet visit: £10
House sitting per 12 hours: £50
Prices outside WOTH are as follows:
30 minute pet visit: £12
House sitting per 12 hours: £60
By signing our contract, the Owner is accepting the pricing above. The Sitter must give the Owner at least a 2 month notice if the prices were to change in the future. Our contracts still remain valid when/if our prices change in the future. If the Owner is unhappy with future price increases then they are welcome to terminate our contract and cease working with Woof on the hill as long as they follow the termination terms bellow.
Additional fees may include the purchase of necessary items for the care of the pet(s), including but not limited to pet food, litter or cleaning supplies, transportation, parking, unexpected visits and emergency expenses for health care. The Sitter shall retain and submit receipts as proof of additional expenses.
The term of this Pet Sitting Contract may be extended if requested by the Owner and so accepted by the Sitter.
The onus shall be on the Owner to confirm his/her return and his/her availability to resume care of the property and pet(s) prior to or on the last day of this contract term failing which the Sitter may perform additional visits in the interest of the pet(s).
Cancellation or Termination
Either party may terminate this Pet Sitting Contract a minimum of 48 (forty-eight) hours prior to the first scheduled visit without incurring penalties or damages. Failure by the Owner to cancel by giving the minimum notice required or any cancellation during recognized holiday periods will result in a 30% cancellation fee of the total amount due, unless such cancellation is caused by severe weather, death in the family or a medical emergency.
Where the Sitter as sole proprietor needs to cancel later than 48 hours prior to the Owner's departure due to unforeseen circumstances, he/she may appoint a substitute with the written approval of the Owner and any difference in the fees charged shall be for the account of the Sitter.
If the Owner fails to pay Sitter after 3 reminders then the Sitter may cancel all future appointments and may terminate the contract if a deal is not struck to pay what is owed. Keys left with the Sitter will be returned within 48 hours of termination or when the contract ends. Should any pet become aggressive or dangerous, the Sitter may:
. Arrange with the pet's Guardian to assume responsibility for the pet until the Owner's return;
. Place the pet into a kennel or animal care facility at the Owner's expense if the Guardian is unable or unwilling to assume responsibility for the pet.
Liability
The Sitter will perform the duties required to the best of his/her ability in a responsible manner.The Sitter accepts no liability for any breach of security or loss of or damage to the Owner's property if any other person has access to the property during the term of this agreement. The Sitter shall not be liable for any mishap of whatsoever nature which may befall a pet or caused by a pet who has unsupervised access to the outdoors. The Owner shall be liable for all medical expenses and damages resulting from an injury to the Sitter caused by the pet as well as damage to the Owner's property. The Sitter is released from all liability related to transporting pet(s) to and from any veterinary clinic or kennel, the medical treatment of the pet(s) and the expense thereof.
Emergencies
In the event of an emergency, the Sitter shall contact the Owner at the numbers provided to confirm the Owner's choice of action. If the Owner cannot be reached timeously, the Sitter is authorized to:
. Transport the pet(s) to the listed veterinarian;
. Request on-site treatment from a veterinarian;.
. Transport the pet(s) to an emergency clinic if the previous two options are not feasible.
Security
The Sitter warrants to keep safe and confidential all keys, remote control entry devices, access codes and personal information of the Owner and to return same to the Owner at the end of the contract period or immediately on demand.
Whole Agreement
This Pet sitting Contract and Pet and Owner's information sheet(s) attached constitute the sole and entire agreement between the parties with regard to the subject matter hereof and the parties waive the right to rely on any alleged expressed or implied provision not contained therein. Any alteration to this agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
General
The parties agree that any or all parts of this agreement may be submitted to the other party in legible and recordable electronic form and upon acknowledgement of receipt by the receiving party shall become valid parts of the agreement. Paragraph headings are for convenience of reference only and are not intended to have any effect in the interpretation or determining of rights or obligations under this agreement. Where appropriate words signifying one gender shall include the other and words signifying the singular shall include the plural and vice versa.

1 hour walks: £13
And £5 for an additional dog
Walks outside of WOTH are priced accordingly:
30 minute walks: £13
1 hour walks: £16
And £5 for an additional dog.

Cancellation or Early Termination
Either party may terminate this Dog Walking Contract a minimum of 24 (twenty four) hours prior to the first scheduled visit without incurring penalties or damages.
Cancellation by the Owner of scheduled walks with less than 24 hrs notice may be charged at the full rate or rescheduled at the discretion of the Walker.
Should any dog become aggressive or dangerous, the Walker may terminate this dog walking contract with immediate effect.
Any wrongful or misleading information in the Pet and Owner's information sheets may constitute a breach of terms of this Dog Walking Contract and be grounds for instant termination thereof.

Keys left with the Walker will be returned within 48 hours of termination or when the contract ends. The Owner shall be liable for all medical expenses and damages resulting from an injury to the Walker caused by the dog as well as damage to the Owner's property. The Walker is released from all liability related to transporting dog(s) to and from any veterinary clinic or kennel, the medical treatment of the dog(s) and the expense thereof.
Indemnification
The Owner will not blame and payback the Walker against any and all costs, expenses, losses, liabilities and claims arising from said dogs behaviour unless the dog walker is wilful or negligent.

Assignment
No party may assign any of its rights or delegate or assign any of its obligations in terms of this Dog Walking Contract without the prior written consent of the other party, except where otherwise stated.
