Questions
-
No, only pet sitting and pet visits.
We have our own pets that might not get along with yours and we do not have the facilities to keep your pets separated from ours.
-
All our pet sitters are experienced in providing basic medication. We would need detailed instructions on how the medication is to be administered. We are happy to discuss any requirements your pet(s) may have and generally most needs can be met.
-
Firstly we will need to arrange a day for us to come over and meet you and your pets! If your enquiry is for pet sitting you can also run us over things we would need to know about your house. We will then sign some paperwork and fill out a little questionnaire about your pet to help us get to know them better.
If a dog is a bit quirky, we offer a free provisional walk with the owner so we can get to know your pooch with you there to show us any nervous or reactive behaviour they might have.
After all that, we can then book you in for official walks or pet sitting/visits.
-
We offer 2 hour, 1 hour and 30 minute walks! These are all subject to availability though, so contact us and we can see what we can fit in our schedule.
-
Yes, if your dog is reactive to other dogs or other animals then we will tailor our walks to avoid common dog routs other walkers might take.
-
Yes, we are very happy to offer walks at limited notice and we are very flexible when it comes to booking. A text, email, facebook/insta message or phone call the day before will ensure a walk is booked or cancelled.
-
In an emergency we will contact you immediately to discuss the situation. If we are unable to contact you or your emergency contact and urgent veterinary attention is required, we will take your pet to your nominated veterinary practice or alternatively the nearest vet depending on the circumstances.
-
We are very flexible when it comes to bookings and 24hrs notice will ensure there is no cancellation fee.
-

A pet visit is a quick in and out visit no longer than 30 minutes. During this time we can feed your pets, give medication, clean litter trays or hutches and let dogs out into the garden to do their business.
A house sit on the other hand is either a 24 hour or 12 hour period were our sitter will stay in your house and look after your pets while you're out. During this time we will do all the stuff we would have done in a pet visit but we will also be staying the night and offer regular dog walks, pet play and enrichment included in the price. If you are away longer than 24 hours then longer pet sits can be arranged if availability permits.
-
Yes if we have the availability. We can walk anytime between 8am to 9pm.
-
Locally to the owners address. If the dog is good in cars and the owner has booked a longer walk, then the walker may drive a short distance to a better location if one exists.
